Our FroKases are produced when an order comes in. The production time for your order will vary between 3 to 6 business days. Then, if you are in North America, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the shipping date.

For Europe, please note 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, along with all the information you need to track your order.

Excluding the promotions, the delivery rate is $5.99.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All of our products are final sale. It is possible to exchange a model or design within 60 days of purchase if the product has not been used. The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
